Press Release – Spearhead Global, a leader in packaging innovation, has joined forces with the Enthuse Foundation to launch the inaugural Capital + Catalyst Grant, a $40,000 funding and mentorship opportunity exclusively for women entrepreneurs in the food and beverage space.
Applications are now open through July 28th. The program is designed to support one standout woman founder who is ready to scale her food or beverage business with a powerful combination of capital and hands-on business support. In addition to receiving $40,000, the winner will gain direct access to expert mentorship from Spearhead Global’s award-winning team.
“When we built out the idea for Spearhead Global, I always knew I wanted it to be about the broader impact we could make, not just the packaging we can produce. I’m excited that we’re at a place where we can support and uplift other women in business,” explained Heather Fritzsche, Co-Founder and CEO of Spearhead Global. “We believe in driving growth through innovation and look forward to applying that not just to packaging, but through funding as well.”
Three finalists will be selected to pitch their brands live to the Spearhead Global team on September 11, 2025. Spearhead employees will vote to determine the winner, who will be announced on September 18, 2025.
The Capital + Catalyst Grant reflects a shared mission between Spearhead Global and the Enthuse Foundation to fuel innovation and elevate women entrepreneurs in an industry where capital, packaging expertise, and access to mentorship are critical to success.
